Envío lento y sin actualización

Tardaron más de una semana en actualizar el envío, mandé un correo para saber porque no sabía si llegaría para hacer el proyecto y enviárselo a una amiga, no pensé que tardarían, incluso en dar info, ya que en mercerías locales y pequeñas la comunicación fluye mejor.

Porfa, mejoren en comunicación y rapidez.
De una franquicia tan grande esperaba más, la verdad. No sé si esto es habitual y manejan protocolos de comunicación con el cliente más lentos de lo habitual o fue un evento aleatorio y justo me tocó a mí.

Por otro lado, la lana es maravillosa!
Y la respuesta a mi correo fue amable y consciente, muchas gracias por eso. En la página tienen ofertas buenas y es de fácil acceso.

Seguramente, seguiré comprando por las calidades que manejan, sin embargo, en proyectos que no sean de urgencia... no me arriesgaré.
